About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Rostering Configuration
Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will be
responsible for the administration and configuration of our rostering system,
including the award interpreter and pay rules (Tambla).
This is a critical role within a complex, highly regulated
health environment, where accurate rostering and pay rule interpretation
directly impact employee experience and payroll outcomes. With over 50
collective agreement variations, your ability to translate legislation and
agreements into system configuration is key.
