POSITION SUMMARY The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of the production crews. The Superintendent will be responsible for installing roofing products and systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide training, leadership and direction to multiple commercial roofing crews. Complete timely reviews on all roofing workforce employees. Crew personnel management, scheduling and issue resolution. Maximize production while maintaining job costs, installation quality and employee safety. Utilize the proper roofing materials and equipment. Train employees on safety procedures and safety equipment. Recruit, mentor and retain a dependable and knowledgeable commercial workforce.
