FRANKLIN INDUSTRIES is seeking a manager to take control of our Roll Change and Roll Shop departments. These departments are key in the success of our Mill operations.

The Roll Change/Roll Shop Manager will create a safety first environment in the Roll Change Department while prioritizing completion of checklists, work orders, and scale removal to reduce or eliminate delays for the production shift. The Roll Change/Roll Shop Manager will manage and coordinate activity in the Roll Change Department, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and safely. The Roll Change/Roll Shop Manager will train employees in the proper use of equipment, enforce safety regulations, assign tasks, and oversee employees' work.
