This role offers a hands-on opportunity to join a dedicated survey crew and build a long-term career in surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). As a Rodman, you support the Crew Chief in completing field surveys by performing heavy manual labor, operating equipment, and assisting with data collection in a variety of outdoor environments. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outside, are eager to learn the technical side of surveying, and want clear pathways for advancement into Survey or SUE Technician roles.
Responsibilities

+ Assist the Crew Chief with all aspects of assigned field survey projects to ensure accurate and timely completion.

+ Transmit survey data to the appropriate files in the computer network and retrieve data needed for field use.
