**Job summary:**

The robotic weld technician position is to run the robotic weld cells in the day to day operations to their maximum capacity. Keeps parts loaded, touch up, and ensure the robots are making quality parts. Work with the robotic programmer to ensure programs are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Load and unload assemblies into robot. Ensuring assemblies are located in the proper locations and the assemblies are correctly built.
+ Robot maintenance. Daily cleaning, wiping down robots and sweeping out robot cells.
+ Consumable usage. Changing out the consumables as need and ensuring the no more consumables are being consumed than need be.
+ Quality assurance. Ensure that the assemblies being welded are built properly and welds meet Morbark standards. Work hand in hand with robotic programmers to make program changes as needed.
