We are currently seeking 4x Construction Workers to join our client’s Structures Team in Townsville. This is an exciting opportunity to work on essential infrastructure projects, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work as new crews are established in 2026.
About the Role This position involves the rehabilitation and maintenance of bridges and culverts, with a strong focus on hands-on concrete remedial work.
You will be part of a team delivering high-quality infrastructure maintenance across regional and remote locations.

Key Duties:

• Hands-on concrete remedial work
• Rehabilitation and maintenance of bridges and culverts
• Crack repairs
• Cleaning and surface preparation
• Preparation for concrete patching
