Job Description

We are currently seeking a full‑time Foot Care Nurse, who as a valuable member of the Community Health Centre team, will provide foot care services and assist in the delivery of care to HART Hub clients, and primary care services to the clients we serve with a strong emphasis on disease prevention, health promotion, education and empowerment. This is a full‑time Footcare nurse position working 35 hours per week / 70 hours every two weeks.

The position has a competitive salary, the Health Care of Ontario’s Pension Plan and an excellent group health benefits package. The salary range for this position is $72,039 to $83,187 for Registered Nurse (RN) and $53,111 to $63,986 for Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) per year.
