RN - WCC
Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Responsible for the coordination of clinical activities of the Wound Care Center. These include, but are not limited to utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through the use of hospital and nursing standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and hold a current registered nurse license in NC.
- Wound Care Certification preferred along with Medical Surgical, home health, vascular, dermatology, or wound care experience.
- Maintains and demonstrates competency in BLS, ACLS and infection prevention.
Functions of Position (not an exhaustive list):
- Provides specific assessments according to protocols and procedures related to wound care management and act as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care
