DESCRIPTION:

The primary responsibility of the RN Unit Manager is to assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the over-all operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, regulations that govern our facility; and directed by the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
