Glendive Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to lead patient care operations during night shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality outcomes.



What You'll Do


+ Oversee nursing operations across multiple departments

+ Assign staff and support workflow during shift

+ Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges

+ Partner with providers to ensure quality care

+ Respond to changes in patient conditions

+ Provide hands-on nursing care as needed


Departments may include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care.
