**Title:** **RN – Registered Nurse – Observation Close**

**Position Description:** **RN**
**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse** to join our outstanding and compassionate **Observation Close** team at **St. Joseph’s Hospital** . As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness. The Observation Close unit is a medical unit for Behavioral Health patients, patients at a high risk of fall, confused patients, and Baker Act patients.
**The RN responsibilities include:**
+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
+ Professional accountability and development.
+ Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
