Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit Manager at Facility - Radius: 60 MILES, Driver's License must be submitted - Week of Orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Unit PACU - SAH # Beds 22 Phase 1 and Phase 2? Yes

Nurse:Patient Ratios 1--2

Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?): ACLS, BLS, PALS

Common Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Cardiac, Urology, Pulmonary, GI

Experience or 'Must have' skills: ED or ICU experience

EMR: Epic

Charge Nurse/House Supervisor? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? No but they assist with lunch relief

Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios? No but they assist with lunch relief

RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc): Yes

ICU patients - do they recover in PACU? Yes

RNs read strips? Yes
