- Hiring Process: Candidate Interview: Interview with MedSol Clinical Team- No Unit Manager involvement
- Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are completed remotely
Unit L&D/PP/MB - SEH
# L&D Beds 4 LDRP
# OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections? 1
# Triage beds 2
# Postpartum beds 3
# Births per day? Month? Year? 0-2 per day, about 200 per year
Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? As much as possible for a rural hospital
Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) ALS, NRP, AWHONN EFM
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Pregnant women, newborns, gyn surgical
Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have 1 year of L&D experience and be trained in LDRP
Must be able to triage and function as the baby catcher/transition nurse
Candidates do not need to be able to circulate C-sections or manage post ...
