**RN Peer Review Consultant – Full Time (1.0 FTE, Day | Hybrid)**

**Pay:** $50.89–$76.33/hr (based on experience, education, and other factors)
**Location:** Hybrid (≤2 days onsite/week)

**Summary**
Coordinates and manages clinician peer review processes, ensuring timely, policy-aligned case reviews. Oversees case tracking, prepares summaries, and analyzes trends to support quality improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Serve as a peer review subject matter expert and resource for clinicians.
+ Review cases/charts, determine need for peer review, and prepare case summaries.
+ Manage case timelines and ensure completion within 90 days.
+ Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
+ Support peer review systems/databases and Safe2Share workflows.
+ Facilitate M&M conferences, case reviews, and education sessions.
