Ages of Patients Served: Adolescent through Late Adult ( - +) Nurse to Patient Ratios: : Core Staffing Plan: Staffing consists of Mid- level providers, registered nurses, surgical first assists, surgical technicians, nursing care partners, nurse externs, doulas and clerical associates. Each shift has a designated team leader. A registered nurse assumes full responsibility for all patient care.
