+ Radius Rule: 50-mile radius applies
**Requirements:**

+ Active **LA or Compact ** State Registered Nurse License
+ Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS
+ Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
+ Additional certifications may be required
