Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Description: Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program Case Manager for clinic setting working with auth department, new patient referrals, collaboration with multiple departments to schedule appts. Responding to my chart messages from patients and EPIC pools. 1 year, 1st time travelers accepted! Patient Diagnoses: Leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, stem cell transplant

Certs Required: BLS

Certs Preferred: Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN, ONS/ONCC, BMTCN

Experience: 1 year oncology experience required. Prefer BMT experience.
