Job Description

This is truly a med surg but the Observation Unit/Clinical Decision Unit for patients that are not medically stable to go home but do not meet the criteria for inpatient care. Most patients are cared for 24/48 hours before discharge or admission; CDU is an extension of the ED with a rapid turnaround time in patient care.
