We are looking for the next experienced RN to join our team as a Nursing Coordinator within our Eastowne Office Building in Chapel Hill, NC!

+ The position will offer a hybrid M-F schedule with some days in office with the rest of the time at home
+ Prefer candidates with nursing backgrounds in navigation, oncology, specifically benign hematology
+ Infusion experience a plus

Summary:

Provides clinical administrative nursing care coordination in support of a patient care area. Duties include one or more of the following care coordination, discharge planning, data analysis and performance metrics, and patient/staff education.
