The Registered Nurse provides care to patients in a fast paced medical and surgical care unit under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager. The RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age specific requirements, and by following departmental and hospital policy and procedure.
