General Description:

Under general direction, plans, directs and coordinates Patient Logistics Center operations and Translation Services

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Directs and coordinates the operations of the Patient Logistics Center and Translation Services
  • Leads, develops, coaches, and effectively manages the team to ensure deliverables and performance metrics are met. Develops team to accomplish results through training, development, performance management and recognition.
  • Responsible for communication with appropriate Management about bed placement and process improvement
  • Assists with communication to physicians, community and other customers about Patient Logistics Center
  • Assists with information systems concerning nursing administration and Patient Logistics Center
  • Manages software for access and reports
