Responsibilities


+ Provide care to long-term care residents

+ Administer medications and treatments

+ Monitor resident conditions

+ Support care plans and team collaboration




Requirements


+ Active RN or LPN license (MT or compact)

+ BLS certification




Schedule


+ Three 12-hour shifts per week

+ Rotating weekends and holidays
