This is a per diem position available to RNs with IR experience.
Under the Supervision of the Director of Diagnostics and the Chief Radiologist, and in accordance with the approved policies and procedures, the Interventional Radiology Nurse provides quality nursing care in an effort to promote comfort and healing and achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. The Registered Professional Nurse will: Maintain patient confidentiality, Use the nursing process and approved nursing standards to provide safe and successful quality care, Provide ongoing education to both the patient and their families, Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education/inservice programs/departmental competencies/self development activities, and Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide quality patien...
