Job Description
Join us as a **_Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Stepdown Unit (PCU) Days- 13 Week Internal Contract position_** at Flowers Hospital
**Unit** : Cardiac Stepdown Unit (PCU) - 3 South
**Shift:** 3x 12hr shifts per week | 7 am-7 pm
**Internal Contract:** Earn an accelerated hourly rate while continuing to make an impact on patient care. This is a temporary assignment that is not benefit-eligible.
**_2 years of experience required_**
**Unit Description:** The Cardiac Step-Down Unit provides specialized care for patients with cardiac conditions who no longer require intensive care but still need a higher level of monitoring and support than provided on a general medical-surgical unit. This unit serves patients transitioning out of the CCU as well as those recovering from procedures such as cardiac catheterization, pacemaker insertion, and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placement.
