Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a RN - IMC/ICU for their Salisbury, MD location. Responsibilities:

+ This RN is shared with the ICU unit and is responsible for managing high acuity patients who are often too critical for a medical/surgical floor but may not require an ICU level of care. The IMC team is skilled in caring for populations such as sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, post open-heart procedures, continuous cardiac infusions, and those requiring acute continuous non-invasive ventilation (i.e. BiPAP/CPAP). These patients require continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring and the RN will be prepared to intervene quickly to any changes in hemodynamics or respiratory demands.
