Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Nights, varied, 7 PM - 7:30 AM

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in the Emergency Room by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy. This role requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the delivery of safe patient care.

• Maintain shift accountability for patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Demonstrate clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.

• 2+ years of Emergency Room RN experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
