Job Description
**Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NIGHTSHIFT RN to join our Newborn Critical Care Center (6NCCC - Progressive Care) team.
While the NCCC encompasses 74 beds overall, this opportunity focuses on 6NCCC, a specialized area within the unit. We have 22 rooms and 24 beds (including accommodations for multiples). We encourage and support family caregivers to stay and actively participate in their babyβs care, fostering a family-centered approach.
+ Excellent Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:3
+ Supportive Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours), straight nights with weekend rotation
+ Collaborative Team: Work alongside a highly skilled, compassionate care team dedicated our beloved patients and families
+ Patient Population May Include (but not limited to):
HFNC * BCPAP * Heat sources * G-tubes * Central lines, excluding arterial lines * Short-term ventilation (e.g., post-op)
