RN needed for the Full Time Flex Team

The UNC Hospitals Flex Team is seeking valuable team members to join our nurses floating to a variety of areas including: Women’s Health, Pediatrics, ICU, Stepdown, Acute Care, ED and Psychiatry. We welcome someone who is energetic, flexible, patient-driven, and an effective communicator. Candidates must possess considerable knowledge of nursing, adapt to change, be highly flexible, and maintain a safe patient/family centered environment. We will match work assignments with experience. Precepting is individualized based on your skill set and experience level.

Our staff work across the main hospital and also have the opportunity to work in our Hillsborough Hospital.

Preference will be given to applicants with 18 months of recent hospital experience.
