Assesses and plans for direct patient care, and providing leadership within the nursing team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel, obtaining and documenting complete medical history and vital signs. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care. Monitors radiology and laboratory procedures performed in the medical clinic setting. Supervises clinical staff in conjunction with the Practice Manager and the Director of Clinics. Responsible for yearly evaluations of clinical staff. Educates and in-services other clinical staff in JCAHO preparation. 


Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of Missouri.
