Shift: Evening coverage | 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST | 1 weekend every 4 weeks
Role Summary:
Leads and oversees case management operations, ensuring effective utilization review, interdisciplinary care coordination, patient throughput, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective, high-quality patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
Requirements:

• 3+ years leadership experience in Case Management (acute care preferred)
• Strong background in utilization management, discharge planning, and care coordination
• FL RN license (compact accepted with FL license within 90 days)
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• Case Management/UR certification preferred

  • Evening diff $2.50/hr , Weekend diff $2.00/hr (stackable)
