Role Overview
Hiring experienced Mortgage Sales professionals to drive Home Loan / LAP sourcing, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source HL / LAP business from open market, connectors & DSA network.
- Build & manage strong channel partner relationships.
- Drive monthly disbursement & revenue targets.
- Ensure file login, documentation & KYC compliance.
- Conduct customer meetings & close deals end-to-end.
- Monitor portfolio quality & coordinate with credit teams.
