Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams (e.g. custodians, technicians, groundskeepers), ensuring work is completed to the expected standards.
• Oversee day to day coordination of external contractors and service providers, ensuring delivery aligns with contract terms and KPIs.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and inspections to ensure all spaces are clean, safe, and fully functional.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the school’s Health and Safety policy, including fire drills, emergency procedures, signage, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Defence, Municipality, KHDA, and all government authority requirements.
• Assist with recording and reporting accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as site lead for all statutory inspections and certifications.
