Job Description
- Evaluate price and modify plan design for renewals and new business and large corporate quotations in compliance with underwriting authorities
- Conceptualize and implement pricing strategies for the SME portfolio
- Develop an understanding of competitive and regulatory landscape in all of Cignas major countries within Middle East and Africa
- Build effective relationship with sales and client management partners to win and retain business
- Collaborate with underwriters to deliver on the turnaroundtime expectations of the commercial team
- Act as the underwriting point of contact for all Africarated projects
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and pricing and collaborate with rest of the team to implement solutions
- Manage portfolio of accounts by balancing profitability and revenue
