Responsibilities

The Risk Management function is responsible for ensuring that the Risk Framework Policy remains
current, effective and suitable for the risk profile of the business and is implemented in such a way
that is aligned to the company’s objectives. The Risk Management function operates as a second
line of defence to assist the business in managing and measuring risk.

Risk Management Framework: - supporting and enabling the maintenance and development of the Risk Management
Framework including assisting all areas of the business in risk awareness, knowledge and
training.
• Risks Universe, Risks Register, Controls: - ensuring that the risks universe, risks register, and corresponding controls and checklists are
up to date and reflective and consistent with the business risk profile including new and
emerging risks; and the requirements and expectations of key stakeholders.
