The Risk Management Director – Colombia will oversee local risk management operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the risk management framework, monitoring risk exposures, and reporting to senior management, Risk Committee and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of the Colombian Risk regulations (Operational, Liquidity & Market, etc.).
• Prepare and update the company´s Sistema de Administración Integral del Riesgo.
• Liaise with local regulators Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, Central Bank, and other relevant authorities to meet the company’s risk regulatory obligations.
• Advise the Board of Directors, Senior Management and other personnel of emerging risk issues and consult and guide the company in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
