The Risk Management and Compliance Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards including the associated operational risks. The role must possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in these areas and be able to lead our compliance efforts effectively.

Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing risk and compliance programs, monitoring risk and compliance, conducting inspections, investigating and resolving risk and compliance issues, providing guidance and training, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes, representing the company in dealings with regulatory agencies, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve a comprehensive approach to risk management and compliance.
