Location: Irving Service Center

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Currently 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Compensation: $140,000 $160,000 (DOE) + Profit Sharing

Our client is seeking a Risk And Insurance Manager to lead and modernize their loss control function. This isn't a role for a check-the-box administrator; they are looking for a strategic partner who can influence safety culture across the organization. Based at the regional Service Center, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and field execution, guiding the business toward stronger practices through collaboration and credibility rather than top-down mandates.
