**Minimum qualifications**:

- Experience with SQL.

- Experience with data, data architecture, modeling, trends analysis, statistics, and program evaluations.
- Experience with data analysis using multiple scripting languages, tools, or platforms.
- Experience with data analytics and extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations.
- Experience with technology risk management and analysis.
- Ability to create functional dashboards and visualizations to provide insights.
