Job Description

The Risk, Control & Compliance Manager will lead and inspire the centre team, co‑workers, and external security guard service to optimise safety, security and compliance in the store for both the customer and co‑workers, using the knowledge of Ikano Safety and Security Manual, Rules, and Standard operating procedures. To lead the deliverables of the Risk, Control and Compliance agenda to ensure a healthy working environment, where risks are mitigated and functions are supported in identifying, assessing and proactively handling risks to ensure compliance with Ikano Safety and Security rules and local (country and regional) legislation.
