Job Title: Risk & Compliance Analyst (6–8 Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client communication, drive compliance excellence, and lead risk mitigation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage automation and AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and lead client communication , ensuring alignment on deliverables, expectations, and issue resolution
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and define Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for client-reported issues and escalations
Design and implement risk controls, monitoring frameworks, and escalation protocols to proactively mitigate risks
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel , and create impactful presentations using Power Point for stakeholders
