East Akim Rural Bank is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following position: Risk and Compliance officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures, conduct risk management assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualification Required & Experience

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or any other related field

• A minimum of 2 years work experience in the same or similar role in the banking sector

Competencies and Skills

• Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft word and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Very analytical and paying attention to details

• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism and adheres to ethical standards
