Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyse, monitor, and report risks in line with the risk plan
• Identify risk gaps and weaknesses, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track remedial action plans
• Prepare and present risk reports highlighting key issues, trends, and areas requiring escalation
• Drive efficiencies through improved processes, automation, and innovative risk practices
• Maintain oversight of risk remediation actions and ensure delivery within agreed timelines

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Degree in Risk Management or a related discipline

Experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in the financial services or insurance industry with exposure to risk management
