Job Description
- Location: Tyler, TX
- Duration: August 2026 January 2027
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Scope: 100% outpatient
- Volume: 20-25 patients/day
- EMR: EPIC
- Support: Full office support staff; 1 FTE retiring in June
- Requirements: Board-certified, active TX license (IMLC considered), clean background preferred
- Rates: Open to negotiation
- Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
- Malpractice: Covered
- Travel & Housing: Covered
- Orientation: First day onsite (remote EMR training available before first day)
