**Job title:**
The Revenue Growth Manager acts as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams driving pricing & distribution optimization while always acting with integrity as a custodian of Revenue Growth Management Framework.
**Your role:**
- Set overall PPWF framework and strategy (Discount, Rebate, Provision)；
- Trade Spend Management: Track and Intervene promotion strategy to manage Trade Spend according to annual strategy and sell-in resources；
- Optimize Provision design based on RGM framework to drive KA JBP.
**You're the right fit if:**
1. Experience in pricing, commercial, finance, strategic or auditing role;
2. Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred);
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience with working in a business with complex market;
