We are looking for a Proposal Writing Associate to support Proposal & Pursuit Strategy team. If you have a flair for writing, attention to detail, and enjoy transforming complex ideas into clear, client-focused content—this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do
Develop, write, edit, and format high-quality proposal responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFx)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and craft compelling content
Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
Support preparation of presentations and sales collateral
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong command of English (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Word & Power Point
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
