Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RFP Writer to lead the sourcing, drafting, and submission of RFP responses for IT Staffing, IT Services, and IT Products across US & Canada markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify open RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs relevant to IT Staffing, Services, and Products.
• Draft, edit, and submit high-quality RFP responses tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather inputs and create compelling proposals.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, formats, and deadlines.
• Maintain a repository of standard templates, case studies, and proposal content for reusability.
• Research client and market trends to align proposals with business objectives.
• Track RFP response progress, maintain reporting, and follow up on submitted proposals.
