Project Leadership of the Annual Compensation Cycle
Co-lead the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle with the Regional Rewards team, covering planning, system setup, execution, and post-cycle evaluation. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Facilitate project steering committee meetings, provide regular progress updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and support key decision-making.
