Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a Reward Analyst to join a high performing Performance & Reward team on a 3-4 month contract to assist during their annual remuneration review. The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward, this role will support the delivery of the annual performance and remuneration review cycle, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to provide analytical, reporting and governance support.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong remuneration or financial analysis experience who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a fast paced corporate environment.
