Under the guidance of the DOSM, co-ordinate revenue management.
Maximize the revenue of rooms
Handle the reservation input and internal calls as an operator. 
To arrange the OTA allocation.

[JOB ROLE]
1. Monitor the market room rate
2. Analyse the room rates to maximize the revenue
3. Produce and promote the room package
4. Receive reservation calls handle the reservation inquiries
5. Coordinate room blocking and update room availability
6. Ensure to process reservation and cancelation in a timely and efficient manner upon requirement
7. Ensure to input reservation information into the PMS system
8. Coordinate the allocation of the travel agency, both domestic and abroad
9. Handle the group reservations
