This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely within Canada.

Vena’s GTM engine is scaling in complexity. The Revenue Operations AI Program Lead (GTM AI Engineer) will lead the transformation of how Vena goes to market. They will be designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows (agents + automation + data) that turn signals into action, while ensuring governance, measurement, and adoption across GTM teams.
